CoWork Construct offers you the flexibility to work productively in a prime central London location.
We have different work areas with comfortable desk space and meetings rooms for individual work and to connect and collaborate with other members and guests. Dedicated office space also available.
Our coworking membership network is designed to support businesses and freelancers in the architectural, construction, design and creative industries. We also welcome those from outside the construction and design industry.

Flexi Desk
Offering 60 hours use per month*
£250 pcm
Resi Fixed Seat Position
Fixed desk you call your own in a secure working area, enabling you to work from the Centre as and when required*
£395 pcm
*Minimum 3-month contract and then rolling month to month
*Standard working hours of 8am-8pm
Ad hoc Desk
Work from the centre only on the days you require.
£25+vat per half day
£40+vat per day
