With a record number of tall buildings planned for the capital, London is expecting an unprecedented change to its skyline. This exhibition shows how the skyline in the city’s centre will look in 2030, with all approved buildings added.
Produced by creative imagery house Visualhouse, the images focus on the growing tall building clusters within the ‘Eastern Quarter’ and on the evolving Blackfriars skyline. In total, the capital is expecting 436 new towers, including many in previously low-rise outer boroughs, as found within the Tall Buildings Survey 2016 by New London Architecture and GL Hearn.
