This NLA exhibition charts the huge regeneration and development of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from 2012 – 2016: showcasing one of the largest urban regeneration projects in recent times which transformed a once derelict and toxic area of east London into a thriving parkland, with world class sporting venues.
The display details the past and future of the site, tracing its inception to delivery of 24,000 new homes, 40,000 jobs, and a new cultural and education district worth £3bn to the local economy.
