Open workspaces such as incubators, coworking, artist and maker spaces, contribute vastly, not only to local communities, but to London’s economic diversity and future growth. But are we doing enough to support these spaces? What is their value within development, and can they address wider issues on the affordability and availability of space for small businesses?
