With 28 million homes needing to be retrofitted across the UK, the existing workforce needs to be enormously expanded, with several new roles having recently been created. Large scale retrofit can seem daunting or dull. This session presents how exciting it can be, with a number of different speakers, who are carrying out a range of roles on a live retrofit project (Netherfield Estate in Milton Keynes, where over 600 homes are being retrofitted) talking about their role in the project, what they enjoy about it, and what they’ve learned.
