Produced as part of Retrofit 23, this series showcases the latest research and projects in architectural practice, providing case studies and solutions for retrofit of homes. The eleventh and final event in the series was delivered by Richard Partington and Suzanne Davenport from Studio Partington.
Richard Partington, Founder and Director of Studio Partington, present the Energiesprong Nottingham pilot project (completed in 2018 and featured at COP26) including the performance standards, resident engagement, wider urban design and post-occupancy monitoring. Suzanne Davenport, Associate at the practice, follows up with a summary of the rollout (over 60 houses completed to date) lessons learned and changes made to the design for cost and performance reasons with input from Melius Homes.
