Patrik Schumacher's talk touches on ZHCODE's pioneering work in Parametricism and algorithmically designed placemaking. Schumacher also outlines ZHCODE’s approaches to ‘Tectonics’ and ‘Semiotics’, which frame the work presented in the Digital Turn exhibition featured at the Building Centre at the time.
The exhibition featured digital design and fabrication methods, including hot-wire-cutting and additive manufacture. Models of the practice’s latest housing typologies were also shown for the first time.
Spaces are limited, book now to avoid disappointment.
The Digital Turn exhibition and events programme is curated by the exhibitions team at the Building Centre and is supported by The Built Environment Trust.
