New Homes in New Homes: Collaboration and Innovation Through Modern Methods of Construction - Two day Summit.
Join us on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th February 2025 for a two-day summit, bringing together local authorities, housing commissioners and the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) housing supply ecosystem.
The summit aims to mobilise an increase in the delivery of social rent homes to address the deficit in our housing supply. With the backdrop of the New Homes in New Ways exhibition (24 October 2024 - 21 February 2025) the Building Centre and the Housing Festival will bring together key voices from the public and private sector to drive collaborative action.

- Unlocking unlikely sites and boosting productivity through MMC
- Pioneering case studies from across the UK
- Lessons learned in making new homes in new ways
- Insights from inspiring organisations and speakers
This is a unique programme will address the housing crisis and offer solutions to build new social rent homes.
With a live exchange of ideas between organisations facing similar housing challenges - there will be plenty of opportunities to learn from and ask questions to industry experts.

You can book to attend 1 or 2 days of the summit programme. Please also check the pricing tier for your type of organisation. Lunch and refreshments are included throughout both days as part of your booking.
Please note the programme may be subject to minor changes. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague if at least 48 hours notice is given.
