Join us in person for an evening around the models that make up the Shaping Space exhibition.
Special guests including Niall Hobhouse (Drawing Matter), Roz Barr (Roz Barr Architects), Ellis Woodman (Architecture Foundation), Takeshi Hayatsu (Hayatsu Architects), Laura Evans (Howland Evans Architects), and Philip Christou (ARU), will respond to the works on show giving personal insights into models and making. The event will take the form of a conversation around the enduring importance of making models.
The conversation will be chaired by Adrian Forty, Professor Emeritus of Architectural History, The Bartlett School of Architecture.
Spaces are limited so please register to attend.
Please be aware that the event will be recorded.
This event is part of the Shaping Space: Architectural Models Revealed programme, funded by the AHRC, led by the V&A and the Building Centre.
We would like to thank our supporters; Amalgam Modelmaking, 4D Modelshop, B.15 Workshop, Drawing Matter, GHA Group, The University of Manchester, MAP Laboratory (CNRS), and Model Platform.
