Improving London’s air quality

Awards
Fri 20 Jan 2017

With Sadiq’s ambition of ‘Zero Carbon by 2050’ hot off the press in A City for All Londoners, how is the industry working towards this goal? Inner London areas are the worst affected by air pollution and most in need of innovation to improve the healthiness of their streets.

In this breakfast talk NLA will bring together experts working internationally to explore the innovations underway now and look at how we develop these plans to deliver Sadiq’s ambition – can we do it sooner than 2050?

Speakers include:

- Shirley Rodrigues, deputy mayor for the environment

- Dominique Alba, directrice générale de l'Apur

- Peter Murray, chairman of New London Architecture

- A representative from Atkins
