Chris Wilkinson and James Dyson have both built incredibly successful careers by putting innovation and engineering excellence at the heart of design. For over 25 years they have used this shared expertise to create a portfolio of buildings for Dyson that mirror the company’s rise from ambitious beginnings to the forward thinking global technology company it is today.
In his talk Chris Wilkinson, founder of Stirling Prize winning practice WilkinsonEyre, will explore the principles though which engineering excellence combines with innovative architecture to create exciting buildings.
The evening will be chaired by Colin Tweedy, chief executive of the Building Centre.
The event will begin at 6.30pm and conclude at 8pm.
This event is part of the Dyson Design Series, an exhibition and public programme of events curated by Dyson and the Building Centre exhibitions team.
