This flavoursome challenge will see families work together to retrofit a house using only the tastiest of materials for insulation and green energy systems. No prior knowledge of house building required, but a willingness to be creative, have fun and a sweet tooth will set you up for success. Working with architect Emilie Queney, each families will be given a basic house structure to decorate and improve using building materials such as biscuits and marshmallows. Families will not be sharing materials and we hope that each finished house will become an afternoon treat.
Each ticket cost £15 and this will cover all materials, and allows for four people, such as one adult and three children or two adults and two children, (babies will not be counted).
The workshop is aimed at families with children five years and above.
