Building tours: WRK-Space Visits

An afternoon of exclusive access to London’s most innovative and creative office buildings, led by the architects, engineers and developers behind these spaces. Tours will be open to anyone to attend and offer unique insight to the variety and quality of workspace being created across the capital.

‘Our House’ Orms Offices and Studio
One Oliver's Yard, 55-71 City Road, London EC1Y 1HQ

Visit Orms’ offices and studio, a transparent, free-flowing and flexible space, accommodating various modes of working and ‘playing’. The layout encourages communication and collaboration between both staff and visitors, from formal meetings to informal gatherings, from intensive group sessions to quiet individual working. 

Tour led by John McRae, equity director, Orms and Melanie Martin, associate at Orms.

The Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland HQ
One Fitzroy, 6 Mortimer Street, London, W1T 3JJ

Visit Estée Lauder’s UK & Ireland HQ at Fitzroy place for a unique look inside the building’s workspaces complete with in-house salon, private staff shop, brand hubs and roof terrace. With an agile working policy and Wellness and Harmonisation programme, staff can adapt a portable attitude to the working day.

Tour led by Maria Allen, director external affairs at The Estée Lauder Companies UK and Ireland; with contribution from Dan Burr, partner at Sheppard Robson and Jon Race, managing director at MCM.

Cundall Offices
One Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5ER

Visit One Carter Lane for a special presentation by Cundall on the WELL Building Standard and tour of their new London offices. Showcasing the possibilities of a first class office fit-out, the project uses sustainability standards and a holistic approach to ensure a healthy, efficient and future-proof space.
Tour led by Alan Fogarty, sustainability partner at Cundall.

10 Bloomsbury Way
London WC1A

Visit 10 Bloomsbury Way, a 1947 Ministry of Defence building, re-invented for contemporary use. This prominent wedge-shaped site has been opened up to it’s surroundings with a generous new double-height reception space, retail and restaurants at ground level, flexible open plan office space and a new 9th floor with large roof terraces overlooking London. 

Tour led by Dana Woolward, building manager at The Office Group & Vanessa Lee, Architect, Buckley Gray Yeoman.

All building tours to start at 2.00pm - 3.00pm
