Everyone is welcome to join us at our cafe, The Lower Fifth.
We think it is one of Fitzrovia's hidden coffee shop gems, set on the leafy crescent of Store Street, located off Tottenham Court Road.
Set against the backdrop of our free public exhibitions, the cafe is the perfect place to catch up with friends, or as a refreshment stop before browsing our informative and educational exhibitions, or attending one of our many events.
The cafe has a wide variation of indoor and outdoor seating. Outside you will find bistro tables and deckchairs and inside choose form tables and bar styles seating. Watch the world go by as you enjoy your hot or cold drink, or feast on the delicious food.
Food wise, The Lower Fifth offers a seasonal menu and patrons can opt for something from the 'daily specials' board or regular favourites like coffee and pastries, or paninis and sandwiches. The daily specials include salads and hot dishes, drawing inspiration from around the world.
The Lower 5th serve Blue Note coffee responsibly sourced from Colombia and roasted at origin by the family. Coffee and food are avaiable for eat in or takeaway options.
So, whether you have time to relax or are nipping in for a lunch time treat, you'll find a warm welcome at the Lower Fifth Cafe.
