Western Red Cedar Bevel or featheredge is a popular cladding type. It is produced by re-sawing boards at an angle to produce two pieces thicker on one edge than on the other. Bevel cladding is installed horizontally and gives an attractive shadow line effect. 'Select Tight Knot' (STK) Western Red Cedar cladding is an excellent choice when clear grade is not necessary or a more rustic appearance is required.
