Special features
All relief finishes are bespoke to clients needs, moulds are hand-carved or computer generated. Transported to site on panels and installed on site by Surfaceform team.
Suitability/use
May vary depending on individual project, MF frame with centers at 300mm wide, 12.5 mm ply wood screwed to the MF. 12mm plasterboard is screwed to the plywood. (we recommend the ply is sealed on all sides before fitting). A tolerance of +/_ 1.5mm in 1000mm is required. Substrates need to be flat and even with no ridges or bumps. Surfaceform install the panels on site, smoth the joints and finish.
Dimensions
Dimensions vary depending on individual project design. Minimum thickness of 15mm. Panel weight depends on the design but will be between 9-15kg. An additional 3-5mm depth should be allowed for adhesive.

Surfaceform Relief panels are very hard and dense, mineral based, non-combustible and non-toxic, with a smooth surface finish. Manufactured form 100% natural materials using the finest quality gypsum, glass fiber reinforcement and aluminum laths for added strength.
