Our precast stair range includes: full flights, half flights and staircases with integrated landings, all designed and manufactured to your exact requirements. Precast stairs are manufactured using C40 concrete mix and will provide one-hour fire resistance. Precast stairs offer good noise reduction, compared to other forms of staircases and are also more durable. Installation of precast stairs is simplified by a range of fixing options that can be incorporated into the staircases. This enables them to be fitted almost any frame and structure. A three-point lifting system enables the stairs to be levelled and adjusted before manoeuvring into position.
Precast concrete stairs are designed and manufactured to individual project specifications & dimensions, we do require additional time to provide quotations. Please allow up to 5 days turnaround from receipt of enquiry.
