UNG is presenting a new dimmer solution for all current lamps with the LED universal touch dimmer. The new flush-mounted device is suitable for safe dimming and switching of light bulbs, HV halogen lamps, Tronic transformers with halogen lamps, dimmable inductive transformers with halogen or LED lamps as well as HV LED lamps and compact fluorescent lamps. Consequently the new LED Universal Touch dimmer replaces the JUNG Universal Touch dimmer 1254 UDE and the LED Touch dimmer 1271 LED DE.
The LED Universal Touch dimmer works according to the cut-on or cut-off phase principle. The adjustment to the dimmer principle that suits the user takes place automatically or directly on the device through the dimmer mode key. The coloured LED displays the chosen operation mode. The setting of the minimum brightness is also carried out through the dimmer mode key. The set-up procedure is carried out quickly and conveniently with the familiar push-button technology. If no neutral conductor (2-wire) is available at the installation location, the dimmer can also be operated without this.
