The ARIA 5000-NFR is a ceiling access panel and hatch designed to provide permanent access through 'lay-in' mineral fibreboard tile grid ceilings to mechanical and electrical services concealed above.

COMPOSITION
The welded metal frame holds a metal door tray designed to accept the same selected ceiling tile as in the surrounding ceiling. The door is hinged via fully adjustable concealed hinges to one side.
Panels are manufactured to suit exact tile modules, either as 600mm or as 1200mm, square or rebated (tegular) edge and 24mm or 15mm wide tee grid systems.
The door opens down towards the user and can be removed during installation or if damage occurs.
FRAME
1.2mm thick electro-galvanised mild steel, with a concealed frame.
Foam dust gasket to all sides.
White powder coated semi-gloss finish (unless otherwise specified).
DOOR
0.9mm thick, electro-galvanised mild steel flush faced tray
Removable rear section
White powder coated semi-gloss finish (unless otherwise specified).
FRAME EDGE
The ARIA 5000-NFR is manufactured with a concealed edge according to the tee grid system.
LOCKS
Locks are concealed on the rear of the door but operated from the front face. 5000-NFR is available with;
- Budget lock (BL)
- Security lock (SL)
FIRE RATING
The 5000-NFR is a non fire rated product.

NOTES
All doors hinge along dimension Y
Panels are single door up to 600 x 1200mm. Larger panels are manufactured as a double door with a removable central locking spar.
X and Y dimensions on the 5000 series is the tee grid module size. The panel is manufactured to the ceiling system quoted when ordering.
If the door needs to be painted to match the colour of tee grid selected, the colour must be quoted when ordering, or a sample sent to Profab for matching.
Panels should be independently supported on threaded rod or angle. Panels 600 x 1200mm or larger should be braced to prevent lateral movement.
