With herringbone floors very much on trend, Stöckl Parkett ACTUS Emocion engineered flooring in 90 x 630mm dimensions creates herringbone floors with extra impact for rooms of all sizes. This versatile flooring can be laid in herringbone, plank or basket weave pattern. The 10mm thickness minimizes floor build-up and makes this flooring highly suitable for use over under floor heating. The range includes clean-looking Select grade oak, Design grade oak with a little more natural character, Struktur and Ambiente rustic oak, dark smoked oak, steamed acacia and high quality American walnut. When designing staircases, Stöckl Parkett offer various options from nosings through to complete structural staircases in any floor from their range.
Actus Emocion has been used for major projects around the world, most recently the Linz Opera House (architect: Terry Pawson) where 6,200m2 of Actus Emocion oak in select grade with oil finish was laid in the auditorium and public areas.
Finishes: All floors in the Emocion range are factory finished for quick, sanding-free installation with durable matt lacquer or matt oxidative oil finishes suitable for commercial and residential use. As well as clear natural finish, ACTUS Emocion is available in the Colourline range of coloured finishes: subtle washed-white Diamant, opaque Saphir white in matt lacquer or oxidative oil, Kristall and Granat greys and dark Onyx. For larger projects the flooring can be supplied unfinished or with custom finishes.
Construction: 4mm top layer on softwood or HDF base - highly stable construction, suitable for use in commercial environments and over under floor heating.
Dimensions: ACTUS Emocion boards measure 90mm x 630mm; 10mm thick on spruce base, 9.5mm thick on HDF base.
