Launching at this year’s Ecobuild, Wavin’s MyPortal is an industry-leading, interactive platform through which users can access a range of valuable tools including comprehensive eLearning modules and a Community Forum, with more features to be introduced later in the year.
MyPortal is an online hub that allows users to set-up a personal profile and access a host of features:
eLearning
MyPortal has been launched with an initial five CPD and Wavin Product Training eLearning modules - each written by Wavin experts – that conclude with an assessment of ten questions and a downloadable certificate on successful completion of the course. Once logged in, users can start, pause and resume courses at their convenience and keep track of their progress in their personalised dashboard. Courses have been designed to cater for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels and encourage interaction and engagement throughout.
Community Forum
Also launching at Ecobuild is MyPortal’s Community Forum, an area which provides the opportunity for users to share feedback and information about eLearning, as well as engage in general discussion on relevant industry topics and extend their professional network.
BIM Centre – Coming Soon
Launching on May 3rd, MyPortal’s BIM Centre is an information source for Wavin’s new intelligent Revit content packages for Building Information Modelling. The BIM Centre provides product data templates for the full Wavin range along with 3D Revit content for Above Ground plumbing and drainage systems. Also available through the BIM Centre are tips and tricks on how to use Wavin’s Revit content packages and access to expert engineers who are available by email and phone to provide exceptional technical support. Following the BIM Centre, Technical Tools – including product calculators to aid project planning - will be added to the portal in July with a Merchant’s Area in October.
