Bourneville Village Trust (BVT), established in 1900 by George Cadbury, is a housing association with a rich history of providing affordable, quality homes in the picturesque Bourneville Village in Birmingham. BVT commissioned Ventrolla, the UK’s leading timber sash window renovation specialist, to restore and renovate 50 period properties, working to a strict project scope and criteria:

Results
Ventrolla successfully restored and renovated 50 properties, adhering to the strict project criteria, timeframe, and budget. The work was completed in two phases. BVT has now commissioned Ventrolla to restore and renovate further period properties throughout 2024 in a third phase.
