The OB41 Zinc Anti-Corrosion Galvanising Spray is perfect for galvanising steelwork, pipework, and other metal surfaces that have undergone welding or modification. It is particularly useful for re-galvanising safety railings, fencing, and areas where the original coating is deteriorating due to aging or wear and tear. The spray creates a protective layer that resists flaking, chipping, discolouration, and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Additionally, it can be used as an industrial undercoat for steel, cast iron, or wood prior to painting, making it a versatile solution for a range of applications.
How to use:
- Shake the can well for 2 minutes before use.
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, grease and dust free.
- Spray from approximately 15 cm away for even coverage.
- After use, invert the can and spray to clear the nozzle.
The spray is touch dry in 15-30 minutes and fully cures within 16 to 24 hours. It also boasts a 36-month shelf life from the date of manufacture, offering long-term usability.
