GF Piping Systems extends its already existing PVDF range SYGEF Plus with pipes and fittings in d250-d315, SDR21/ PN16. The SYGEF Plus system is ideally adapted to customer needs, especially in the microelectronic and chemical industry.
SYGEF PVDF is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer with a melt point above 175 °C and a wide service temperature range from -20 °C to 140 °C. SYGEF systems are ideal for use in aggressive chemical or ultrapure water systems since they are basically inert, have hard high strength, and are readily weldable into system components. Due to its outstanding material properties, our SYGEF Plus systems are suitable for a broad range of sterilization / sanitization or cleaning methods, using steam, hot water, ozone, chemicals UV and Y-radiation.
The pipes and fittings are jointed with the proven IR-technology. Higher safety for pipe fusion joints is warranted by stress-relieved pipes. The material provides excellent surface characteristics.
