Skylight designer and manufacturer Sunsquare continues to go from strength to strength, expanding into new areas and increasing its production.
Sunsquare has opened an office and showroom in Dublin, recognising demand for its world-leading skylights, roof lights and floorlights from architects and specifiers in Ireland.
Justin Seldis, Managing Director of Sunsquare, said: “Although our products have been used for architectural projects across the globe, our new Dublin office and showroom is our first outside the United Kingdom and shows how much we have grown as a business.”
Sunsquare has also trebled the space at its head office and factory in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, to accommodate more capacity for production including glass processing, and cutting and grooving.
This will also house more than £250,000 worth of new machinery, to increase Sunsquare’s production capacity and cope with the rise in orders.
Justin added: “Even though we are only half-way through the year, it’s already been a fantastic 2014 for Sunsquare. Our sales are up significantly on this time last year, and our expansion is to keep up with the escalating demand for our quality products.
“Being the first skylight company to be BSI certified was a landmark for us, and has cemented our world-leading position. On top of that, Grand Designs Live London 2014 was our most successful show ever, generating hundreds of enquiries for some fantastic projects.”
