St Vincent de Paul Church located in Liverpool is a Grade II Listed building and built in the 1850's. KEIM were called to the church because the existing coatings were in poor condition and needed to be rectified. We recommended a considerable amount of preperation would be required to ready building prior to painting. Some small areas of salt contaminated plaster was removed and replaced with a suitable lime plaster, these areas were firstly coated using KEIM Granital Dilution. A two-coat KEIM Optil system was then applied over all surfaces to achieve a pleasing matt finish.
