The owners of this farmhouse in the Surrey countryside have sensitively restored it, transforming it into the stunning property you see today.
Much consideration went into every aspect of the renovation, not least the replacement windows that were required to ensure the perfect finish for this Grade II listed home.
Clement EB20 steel windows were specified as the right product to match the original fenestration, offering much improved thermal performance and security, with the benefit of multi-point locking. After much deliberation between the local planning department, the architect, contractor and the homeowners, it was decided that the new bespoke windows would feature an unusual flush T bar design and be painted Anthracite Grey, rather than keeping the original white frames and leaded glass. These clever design choices were a success and have transformed the look of this property.
The homeowner said: “It was a delight to have Clement achieve excellence at our home in Surrey. Collaborating with the construction contractor, the quality of windows and execution was a testament to their commitment to deliver.”
