Palazzo del Sol is the newest luxury residential building to be built on Miami’s famous Fisher Island. Completed at the beginning of 2017, the complex is made up of 43 units over 10 storeys. Seeking to bring contemporary aesthetic to a Mediterranean-style island, developers looked towards Listone Giordano for help designing a turnkey model home.
The penthouse presents Listone Giordano’s wooden flooring Reserve Mareggiata Genoa, complementing the natural elements throughout the living areas, from wooden flooring and wall accents to stone kitchen countertops and a marble dining room table. Listone’s flooring is at home in this large penthouse location, currently valued at $19.7million.
Heinrich von Hanau, CEO of PDS Development LLC and Fisher Island Holdings said was pleased with the outcome: “now that construction is complete, we wanted to show potential buyers the spectrum of lifestyle and design possibilities that exist at Palazzo del Sol… we are responding to demand in the vacation and second-home market to deliver move-in-ready options.”
Reserve Mareggiata Genoa is part of Listone Giordano’s Atelier collection.
