Strength and high performance were essential requirements for the ceilings in the new David Lloyd Club in Exeter. Knauf AMF Thermatex Fine Stratos ceiling tiles provided the ideal solution and around 2000m2 were installed throughout the changing rooms and main Café areas.
Featuring a range of facilities from indoor tennis courts and a gymnasium, to a luxury spa and indoor swimming pools, the new centre also offers a variety of outdoor activities including a pool, tennis courts, five-a-side football and children’s play areas. The changing rooms and café are both high traffic areas so the ceilings needed to be durable and easy to maintain.

Since being installed at the Club in Exeter, they have now also been specified on a number of future David Lloyd projects”.
