The Isotec is a heavy duty commercial loft ladder offering up to 120 minutes fire protection. It also offers very high thermal insulation and an airtight seal.
The Isotec is a great solution for loft or plant room access where protection from fire is required. Available with either EI230, EI260, EI290 or EI2120 fire rating. Furthermore, the Isotec offers excellent thermal efficiency, with a U-Value of 0.33 W/m2K. It also features a class 4 certified airtight seal.
Strength and durability…
The loft ladder itself is made of high strength steel components. Counter-balance springs and ball-bearings help to ensure smooth and easy operation. The ladder neatly folds up within the hatch box when not in use.
The large treads (360mm wide x 120mm deep) have a load rating of 250kg, making the Isotec suitable for use in heavy duty applications. Furthermore, the steel components have a high-quality white powder coat finish for both aesthetics and durability.

Isotec Luxe
The Isotec is also available as the ‘Isotec Luxe’. This model features a specially designed lower hatch to give a modern seamless finish.
