Hill House in Harpury is a Grade II* listed shop and 15th century manor house with 20th century additions. Keim were called to visit this beautiful property to reduce the frequency of redecoration with limewash. Keim Soldalit Fixativ was applied over all surfaces to consolidate the surface and reduce porosity. Keim Soldalit Grob was then applied before the final coat of Keim Soldalit to help hide the surface depth differentiation where varying layers of old paint were removed, whilst some remained well adhered. The owners are very happy with the results.
