xsign were specified to provide the design, manufacture and installation of the external and internal signage scheme at the brand new Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Building at the University of Worcester.
Externally, we have installed a series of 4mm aluminium, laser cut and powder coated logo signs with an applied lacquered graphic for superior weather protection. We have also installed an aluminium double sided totem sign with digitally printed graphics applied to the face.
Internally, we have provided a range of 4mm frosted acrylic Jigsaw directional panels, floor level indicators, toilet signs, door tags and projecting wayfinding signage to complement the architecture.
The external logo signs use intricately cut 4mm aluminium sheet metal with vinyl in-fill and lacquered weather protection. The aluminium cut letters are fixed with 25mm spacers to provide a 3D effect.
The external aluminium totem sign is painted with the branding RAL colours and a lacquered adhesive to ensure excellent weather protection. We have supplied the totem on a mild steel frame with base plates and a root cage.
Throughout the building we have supplied 4mm frosted acrylic cut letters, door signs, projecting signs and Jigsaw directory panels.
The profile cut 4mm acrylic lettering throughout the building features a high polish edge detail in RAL grey brown in the specified typeface.
Our patented Jigsaw wayfinding directional signs are fitted with 4mm frosted acrylic in the branded RAL colours with super high resolution 1800dpi direct digital print with eco-friendly inks.
Across glass installations throughout the building we have installed digitally printed dusted manifestations for both privacy and non privacy locations.
