The Don’t Move, Improve! competition, now in its seventh year, invites architects, designers and homeowners to submit well-designed home extension projects across Greater London.

Celebrating London’s emerging practices, past winners have included Carl Turner Architects, Platform 5 Architects, Studio Octopi and Ben Adams Architects.

Judged by an eminent expert jury including Carl Turner of Carl Turner Architects, Cany Ash of Ash Sakula, Russ Edwards of Pocket, Jo McCafferty of Levitt Bernstein and journalist Philippa Stockley, the competition is open to a wide range of home improvement projects.

From extensions on top of, underneath, on the side or back of buildings, to interior insertions, conversions, and garden studios, the competition lauds projects that demonstrate exceptional innovation and cost-effectiveness in the delivery of better living space for Londoners.

Deadline for entries: Thursday 3 November 2016, 5.00pm
