Centriforce, a leading international supplier of utility protection products, is expanding its portfolio after agreeing a strategic UK distributorship with the quality German manufacturer, Franken Plastik.
Centriforce is now able to provide utility providers and contractors with a wide choice of customisable signs for safety, identification and warning, meeting the highest standards for quality and durability.
Identification signage systems available from Centriforce include injection-moulded, screen-printed and laser-engraved signs for a variety of uses to identify the location of utilities or warn of hazards. Signs can be designed and moulded to fit any profile and are customisable to meet individual requirements, including company or authority logos. Self-adhesive signs and labels are also available in any design to meet specific requirements, for both indoor and outdoor use.
Centriforce will also be handling the range of LURAN-S snap fit signs, manufactured to BS3251, made from durable, non-fade plastic which provides an economic and versatile system to display information, for example on fire hydrants, water valves, sewers and street lighting columns. A range of LURAN-S railway datum gauges is also available for marking rail track level or positioning.

Centriforce also recently introduced underground warning tape to its utility protection range, a purpose-designed printed marker tape used by utility contractors to provide the regulation “identification layer” which is installed above service lines to warn any future excavators of the presence of buried utilities.
