Sussex-based Big Foot Systems has launched a new H Frame Set 305mm to add to its popular H Frame range of non-penetrative supports for flat roofs. Quick, versatile and economical the H Frame Set is designed to support pipework, duct, cable ladders/trays or any combination of these, helping to ensure a safe and secure flat roof.
Offering a versatile application installers provide their own strut keeping the duct and pipe installations low-cost by fabricating the strut frameworks on site. Featuring an innovative design, the H Frame Set 305mm is interchangeable with three strut sizes with one foot fitting all. The support is also compatible with industry standard componentry also adding to application flexibility.
Designed to protect lightweight modern roofs the H Frame is supplied with integrated adhered rubber mats for optimum roof protection. The foot fleeces are recommended for use on PVC membrane roof surfaces and prevent polymer migration. Meanwhile, 305 angled mats are also available with 2.5° and 5° angle for sloped roof applications.
Providing excellent load distribution the H Frame Set 305mm can safely spread a load evenly across a roof. Ideal for supporting ducts from 400 x 100mm to 1000 x 1000mm in size, the design load for the support is up to 300kg. Quick and easy to install the H Frame Set 305mm comes flat packed in a box for convenience. With a packaged weight of 6.75kg it is easy to transport the box on site.
