A selection of the most exciting emerging entrepreneurs will be showcased at the Great British Innovators Pavilion at Ecobuild, the UK’s largest show dedicated to construction and energy.
The Pavilion, co-ordinated in partnership with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), will feature promising businesses behind a wide range of innovative products and services in construction, design and energy performance.
To qualify for the Great British Innovators Pavilion, exhibitors must have traded for less than two years and yet already shown strong signs of a bright future ahead.
Among the 20+ businesses on show are Halodome, behind a pre-fabricated, multi-purpose timber building which is designed to ship anywhere in the world and be assembled within a few days, smart energy specialists Voltaware, and TruVision Limited, providers of futuristic virtual reality architectural experiences.
Martin Hurn, Event Director at Ecobuild, said: “We are proud to have partnered with UKTI to create the Great British Innovators Pavilion, a new and exciting addition to the programme for Ecobuild 2016 that supports innovation and the next generation of home-grown entrepreneurs.
“The Pavilion gives the brightest new businesses in Britain a platform to connect with thousands of potential customers, something that can help them secure long-term success and at the same time meet the challenges and capitalise on the opportunities of the UK’s ever-changing construction and energy industry.”
